What is Employee Ownership?

Employee  businesses are businesses or companies that are wholly or substantially owned by their staff. It is a growing business model in the UK where it is currently estimated to be worth £30+ billion annually, roughly equivalent to 3-4% of UK GDP. Employee-owned businesses (EOBs) operate in a wide range of sectors, from retail, manufacturing and engineering to financial services. Read more…
