The Jack Fitzpatrick Award

The late Jack Fitzpatrick was founder of the Irish ProShare Association (IPSA). To recognise and celebrate his contribution to the development of employee financial involvement (EFI) in Ireland the IPSA is proud to announce the inaugural Jack Fitzpatrick Award. This award seeks to identify, recognise and honour excellence in the area of employee financial involvement in either the operation of a scheme or the promotion and/or development of EFI in Ireland.

Advocacy

The IPSA has always promoted employee financial involvement (EFI) in all its forms. It has lobbied for improvements in tax legislation that facilitate the introduction and increased use of EFI Schemes in Ireland. By harnessing the expertise of its executive council and wider membership, the IPSA offers its members access to effective lobbying channels, guidance on getting expert tax, legal and administrative advice on EFI in addition to access to an unparalleled network of practitioners operating EFI schemes in Ireland.
