Christmas Carol Singing on O’Connell Street, Dublin

By November 30, 2017No Comments

IPSA is delighted to join with Computershare Ireland and ShareGift to hold a charity carol singing event on O’Connell Street in Dublin on December 13th – with all money raised going to the Simon Community to help and support the homeless this Christmas.

We are inviting all our members to join us in the evening between 6-7pm to help raise much needed funds for this wonderful charity.

We’ll be meeting outside Clery’s on O’Connell Street (by the big Christmas tree) so whether you’d like to sing, spectate or just donate, we’d love to see you there.

Keep an eye on the IPSA website for more details or contact gbrennan@ipsa.ie (IPSA CEO) for information.

About the Simon Community

Dublin Simon Community’s dedicated teams of staff and volunteers have vigorously worked to provide vital and life saving services to almost 18,000 people in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.

They sit by their side on the pavements, support them through ill health or bereavement and advocate on their behalf to keep them in their homes with their family.

Last year alone, they increased their work by 30%, giving a helping hand to 5,100 individuals and families during the toughest of times.

Each day they are delivering outreach to people who are rough sleeping, housing for individuals and families, treatment for those dealing with health issues, support to keep people in their homes and education to get them back on their feet.
