ESOD22 will be an in-person event

Conference to take place in Dublin on 21st September

IPSA’s flagship annual event, Employee Share Ownership Day, will return to being an in-person event this year – taking place on September 21st in the Dublin offices of PwC.

ESOD22 speakers will include future of work expert Peter Cosgrove, the managing director of Futurewise. Peter will explore the latest trends and insights that are shaping the future of work and how employee share ownership fits into that landscape.

Also confirmed for ESOD22 is Cillian Barry, co-founder and CEO of SportCaller, the free-to-play games development company that was sold last year for an amount of up to €40m. Cillian will talk about his experience implementing the KEEP scheme to incentivise SportCaller’s employees prior and the role it played in the successful sale of the company to US-based gaming company Bally’s.

Additonal speakers, to be announced in the coming weeks, will cover topics including the gender pay gap, and the analyse the employee share ownership landscape in Ireland.

ESOD22 also signals a welcome return for Gill Brennan, the former CEO of IPSA. Gill, who is chief executive of the Coeliac Society of Ireland, will MC the conference and host a panel discussion of speakers.
