Leading share ownership expert Graeme Nuttall will be among the speakers at ESOD23 in Dublin next month.
Mr Nuttall, a partner with European law firm FieldFisher, was the UK Government’s independent advisor on employee ownership from 2012 to 2015. He published ‘Sharing Success: The Nuttall Review of Employee Ownership‘ (BIS, 2012), following which various regulatory and non-regulatory measures were implemented to promote UK employee ownership.
Employee ownership is now a mainstream UK business model with almost all new employee-owned companies adopting EOT ownership.
The theme of ESOD23 is Employee Ownership for all and will feature presentations, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and a fun quiz. Lunch will be served at the close of the event, which will be MC’d by Darren Smith, Head of Business Development, UK and Ireland, Global Shares – a J.P. Morgan company.
The other speakers are Marc Hussey, Senior Country Officer and Head of Banking Ireland, J.P. Morgan; Rosaleen Boyle, Incentives Senior Advisor at A&L Goodbody; Sarah Conry, Tax Director at Deloitte; and James Robertson, Associate Director of Business Development, Computershare.
