The podcast episode, ‘The Economics of Employee Ownership’, also featured Alan Coleman, the founder of Wolfgang Digital, the first Irish company to transition into employee ownership.
Coleman spoke about the process of moving his company into an EOT. He said that despite the lack of incentives and considerable tax burden, he believed having employees who are also owners would result in a business that was more productive, more democratic, more successful, and ultimately more valuable.
