IPSA is delighted to confirm that Employee Share Ownership Day 2025 will take place on Thursday, 16 October 2025, at the Aloft Hotel, in Dublin.
Ireland’s largest share ownership conference will bring together business leaders, policymakers, employee ownership advocates, and share plan experts to share knowledge, insights, and experiences.
The theme of ESOD25, From Uncertainty to Opportunity, will address the evolving challenges and opportunities for employee share ownership in Ireland and internationally. The agenda will feature:
