The Irish ProShare Association (IPSA) – with the support of A&L Goodbody, PwC, and J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions – is proud to present Employee Share Ownership Day 2025 (ESOD25), Ireland’s premier employee share ownership conference.
This year’s event will bring together business leaders, policymakers, advisers, and employee ownership advocates to explore the future of employee share plans in Ireland and beyond.

The theme of this year’s conference, From Uncertainty to Opportunity, will examine how organisations can use employee ownership to strengthen resilience, support growth, and engage their people in uncertain times. The agenda includes:
