The future of employee share ownership, equity compensation and workplace innovation will come under the spotlight in Dublin this June as the Irish ProShare Association joins forces with the Global Equity Organisation and ProShare UK for a landmark industry forum.

Connected Equity: A Joint Share Plans Forum will bring together experts from Ireland, the UK and the wider global equity community for a morning of insights, discussion and networking focused on the evolving world of employee ownership and share plans.

Hosted in partnership with the Irish ProShare Association, Global Equity Organisation and ProShare, and sponsored by Sprintax, the event will feature a strong line-up of speakers spanning academia, multinational business, legal advisory and global tax compliance.

Leading the programme David Collings, Professor of Sustainable Business at Trinity Business School. Trinity College Dublin, and one of Ireland’s leading international experts on talent management, global mobility, and the future of work. His keynote session – Navigating the Emerging World of Work: AI, Skills, and the Future of Jobs – will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, workforce development and the skills organisations will need in the years ahead.

A globally recognised academic and former Fulbright Scholar, Prof Collings has published extensively in leading journals and publications including Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. His work on talent management and global mobility has seen him ranked among the top 2% of business and management scholars worldwide based on citation impact.

The forum will also feature Emma Carter, Global Head of Share Plans at Flutter Entertainment PLC, who oversees equity plans across 30 countries. With more than 35 years’ experience in the industry, Emma brings a wealth of international expertise from both provider and issuer perspectives.

Emma will join Sarah Long from WEALTH at work, alongside Andrew Quayle and Catherine Merry of CMS Law in the UK, for a practical session titled Bringing the Best of Global Equity to Ireland. The panel will focus on how international lessons and global equity trends can be adapted into practical strategies for companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Attendees will also hear from Ryan Ludden, VP of Sales at Sprintax Dividends, who has spent more than eight years helping organisations navigate non-resident tax compliance and cross-border employee taxation.

Connected Equity begins at 8.15am with registration and breakfast and concludes at 11.30am. Attendance is free for members of IPSA, GEO and ProShare.
