Ireland’s leading share ownership conference will take place on October 21
IPSA is delighted to confirm that Employee Share Ownership Day 2026 will take place on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, hosted by A&L Goodbody at their headquarters in the heart of Dublin.
Ireland’s leading employee share ownership conference will bring together business leaders, employee ownership advocates, share plan professionals and expert advisers to exchange knowledge, insights and experience.
The theme of ESOD26, Weathering Change: People, Performance and Participation, will explore how businesses and their employees can respond to economic uncertainty, changing expectations and an evolving workplace – and the role of share plans as conditions shift.
The programme will bring together perspectives from economics, remuneration, employee share plans, psychology and leadership. Confirmed speakers include:
- Kevin Timoney, Chief Economist at Davy
- Deborah Hall, Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry (London)
- Richard Sharmon, Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry (London)
- Niamh Hannan, Chartered Psychologist and Professional Coach
Darren Smith, Head of Business Development, UK and Ireland, at J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, will be the Master of Ceremonies. Registration for ESOD26 will open next week, with further details about speakers and the conference programme to be announced later this month.
IPSA Chair Peter O’Connor said: “Employee Share Ownership Day brings our community together to examine the forces shaping the sector and share practical experience. With organisations and employees facing continued change, ESOD26 will explore how financial participation and share ownership can help businesses strengthen resilience, improve performance, and bring their people with them.”
