Ireland’s leading share ownership conference returns to Dublin this October, with a strong line-up of speakers looking at how businesses and their people can weather change
Registration is now open for Employee Share Ownership Day 2026 (ESOD26), the Irish ProShare Association’s flagship annual conference.

This year’s theme is Weathering Change: People, Performance and Participation. The programme will look at how businesses and their employees can respond to economic uncertainty, shifting expectations and a changing workplace, and the role of share plans as conditions shift.
An expert line-up
The conference programme will draw on economics, remuneration, employee share plans, psychology and leadership. Confirmed speakers include:
- Kevin Timoney, Chief Economist, Davy
- Deborah Hall, Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry (London)
- Richard Sharman, Associate Client Partner, Korn Ferry (London)

Bringing the community together
IPSA Chair Peter O’Connor said: “Employee Share Ownership Day brings our community together to examine the forces shaping the sector and share practical experience. With organisations and employees facing continued change, ESOD26 will explore how financial participation and share ownership can help businesses strengthen resilience, improve performance, and bring their people with them.”
IPSA would like to thank flagship sponsor A&L Goodbody, gold sponsors EY and J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, and silver sponsors Deloitte, PwC, Computershare, and Independent Trustee Limited (ITL).
